These ghost baseball snack bags are easy to make, cost effective for a group or team and adorable!! While I love the pumpkin pails turned into baseballs, those can be hard to find and not everyone wants the clutter. So I decided to come up with one that anyone can create using paper gift bags. I also made a printable tag you can download and use at the bottom of this post. Throughout this post you will find affiliate links which means I make commission when you shop through these links. Thanks for supporting the blog!

Ghost Baseball Bag Supplies
- White paper gift bags
- Red marker
- Black marker
- Scissors
- Ribbon or this one
- Gift Tag
- Snacks
I cut the top corners of the gift bags off at a round angle to make it look like a ghost. I used my markers to draw the stitches and face. Looking back, I could have used a bowl or plate to make my stitches more even. You can definitely do that if you want your baseball ghost to be more symmetrical.
What To Put Inside
While my kids have pretty much outgrown the team snacks phase. I do notice that kids never turn down snacks, no matter how old they get. I typically stay away from little toys to cut down on waste. If you want to add something non-snack related: baseball cards and foam baseballs are always a hit.
Here are some snack ideas:
- Cuties with jack o lantern faces drawn on
- String cheese with ghost faces drawn on
- Beef sticks
- Granola bar
- Chips/crackers
Hope you have fun making these for your baseball team and friends! Tag me if you make them, I love seeing them. Here are the tags. These are for personal use only and not to be sold or reproduced. You might need a Canva account to print them, it’s free!
Happy Spooky Season!
With love,
Shahla
