This DIY Anthropologie inspired wreath is easy to create and makes quite an impact on a front door. It requires only a few supplies and you can add seasonal accents if you like to change things up for the holidays/seasons. When I saw this gorgeous moss wreath on the Anthropologie/Terrain website, I fell in love! The pricetag and reviews made me second guess buying it and instead inspired me to make my own. Anthropologie Inspired Wreath Supplies
This is a very beginner-friendly DIY with few supplies. Here is what I used:
- Grapevine Wreath – I used an 18 inch wreath originally and felt it was too small (the Anthro one is 22 inches). This time, I opted to use a 24 inch grapevine wreath. I love how grand the 24 inch wreath looks on a front door.
- Various types of moss. This is a great variety pack
- Hot glue
- Skewer or stick to help push down the moss with the hot glue (this is so you don’t burn your fingers trying to adhere the moss onto the wreath)
- Ribbon for hanging (optional)
I referred to the picture of the wreath from the Anthropologie website and started gluing the different varieties of moss onto the grapevine. Once everything was glued down to my liking, I added some ribbon to hang the Anthropologie inspired wreath onto my front door. The cute little bottle brush carrots were the perfect seasonal additional(I found those at Dollar Tree). You can easily add accents throughout the year and change them up depending on the season, making this a versatile wreath that you can enjoy year round.
