Setting up a mimosa bar (or with Mother’s Day approaching a mom-osa bar!) is a fun way to dress up any brunch. You can tailor it to your needs, like maybe creating a mom-osa bar version for a baby shower that has a non alcoholic option. Or change it up by adding different garnishes and fruit. There are no rules! I’ve included a link to print your own mimosa bar or mom-osa bar sign for free at the bottom of this post.

Mimosa Bar Essentials
All you need for a mimosa bar is: champagne, juice and garnish (and pretty glasses of course). I try to keep it simple with only two juices (for this one I used orange- a classic and guava- unexpected tropical twist!). You can have fun with the garnishes too- dried citrus, rose petals, fruit, lavender etc. Our mimosa bar had berries and rose petals as garnish. When choosing a floral garnish make sure you only purchase edible ones…don’t try to DIY this using market flowers as those can contain pesticides.
I purchased these rose petals and lavender pieces. I keep them on hand and if I’m making a gift basket will add a little in a container to elevate the gift.
Break out the Fancy
My favorite part about a mimosa bar is the glassware and all the pretty details! Honestly, ever since 2020 I’ve learned there is no need to save your fancy drink and dinnerware. I will have my celery juice in a pretty wine glass on a Monday morning if I feel like it because why not?!
These fluted champagne coupes are my absolute favorites. I buy them to give as gifts because I love them that much.
The ‘Press for Champagne’ ornament I purchased from a small shop for my Christmas tree. It was so pretty it needed to be kept out year long. It adds a fun touch on the champagne bottle.
The gold tray is from Homegoods and the dishtowel is old from Anthropologie. The fun goblet-looking things that hold the garnishes are candy dishes from IKEA.
Mimosa Bar Sign
The mimosa bar sign was printed and stuck in a simple gold frame. I have made this printable so you can print your own by downloading from the drive (there is a choice for a mimosa bar or a mom-osa bar sign). Once printed, trim down to size and add to frame. I printed mine on colored cardstock to save ink.
If you are making this for your mom or significant other- remember to do the dishes afterwards!
With love,
Shahla
