Valentine’s brunch is one my favorite ways to show my family some love over a special heart-themed breakfast. It could be perfect for a Galentine’s party too! I love this time of year because all the red, pink and heart items fill a void that was left from taking down all the Christmas decorations. Growing up, my mom made Valentine’s Day special for us as kids and it is fun to do the same for my littles. This breakfast board is a delicious and fun way to serve up Valentine’s brunch. When planning this Valentine’s waffle board, I knew I wanted to find a heart shaped waffle maker. This one is perfect because of its small size (easier storage) and its under $10! Double win! The 11 inch melamine plate with heart-shaped waffles is perfect for Valentine’s day and beyond.
The heart shaped board is a HomeGoods find; it is also melamine. The white porcelain dip bowls are also from HomeGoods. I love the covered butter dish, it is one of my favorite finds (I use it on charcuterie bowls for honey). Also, the heart shaped silicone molds were found in the dollar section at Target.
For our heat-themed Valentine’s waffle board I included:
- heart shaped marshmallows
- chocolate chips
- sprinkles
- strawberries
- blueberries
- nutella
- whipped cream
- butter
- maple syrup
